Its takes good words and good words come from the heart. I'am also a poet and all my poetry are published. I enjoy doing a wedding that involves the couple exchanging there own vows and with me saying a few words afterwards. If anyone has trouble with writing vows or toasts get a hold of me and I'd be happy to help. If an ordained has a problem with writing vows for a couple get a hold of me.
Our wedding vows are each unique to the couple. Our ceremonies are Hawaiian style, incorporating such elements as sharing the Ha - the sacred breath - while whispering to one another, and sounding the triton shell to begin the ceremony.
Your wedding or civil union is a recognition of who you are to each other, intimately by each other, and by your friends, and also by the rest of the world. The words that are incorporated into your ceremony reflect that, and call blessings on your union. At the conclusion of the ceremony, you are wrapped in spiritual bliss. You can feel it, and so can everyone present. It is mystical, magical, powerful.
