- I live in Ohio. I am about to propose to my girlfriend an we have talked about a wedding in NY because its the closest state to offer a real marriage license. Honestly I am pretty broke. I don't have much but I want to give her the wedding she deserves. Nothing big, as traditional as possible, very family oriented, only maybe 10 people, pretty and romantic. I have no idea what I'm doing or how to do it.
